Yea, this is how the prevalent cafes nowadays look like. Especially, beautiful and nice cafes have mushroomed around the world in recent years.
And mind that today I am not going to recommend you any nice cafe.
I would like to bring you the hidden risk of "cafe effect".
What? hidden risks? Yea, you read it correctly.

We like to visit the cafes, having nice meal in the comfortable environments, doing our assignments, using our laptop, reading a book and so on. It does not matter how many hours have passed through, just feel like sinking in the sofa or lying on the chair would make us feeling best in life.

how many seconds you sit will bring you nearer to health problems?
You may generally know
this issue. But you may ignore and prefer sitting all the times.
As we can notice,our
lifestyles make us sit much more than we move around.
Are our bodies built
for such a sedentary existence?

And in fact, our body
is build to move.
But why do most people like to sit? Because people may not understand how their body is actually defending on it.
If we always live
according to our feelings, our life may be messed up all the way. We would
become lazy to find out the fact of live well and meaningfully.

It actually cannot bear
to sit for few hours.
So, previously, we may
have the perception that sitting makes us comfortable, but now we know that the

At this moment, I recall what my life mentor has always emphasized and taught me. He always realizes sitting does not bring us much advantages. He said, "only the thing we make effort and work on will be attached with more 'free gifts' given by God."

Honest speaking, it is inevitable that our daily activities mostly have us to sit. Thus, why can we escape sedentary life? Because we have a lot of works to do in the office, sit for few hours during the lecture class... and how can I use computer without sitting?
ahh, haha... In the contrary, who says that we cannot stand while eating or using laptop? Who says we cannot leave from the office chair for few minutes after each 1 hour.
It is all about our
awareness.
You might say that it
is troublesome to keep concerning of standing and sitting.
But don't corrupt in
this little sense of trouble, you will definitely thank to yourself that you
are aware of it earlier and make it as a habit.
Sometimes, I even feel
ill or stressed when I sit for a long time. So when I realize this in my mind,
I will stand and move around.
Do you believe that sometimes, at home, I stand while typing, until my housemates get used to it?
It cannot be denied that sedentary life or consistent sitting tends to make us
more lazy or respond and take action slowly as time goes.
Hence, it is not
unfashionable to keep encouraging people to stand and to move because that is
